Are scholarships or financial assistance available for campers?
Unfortunately no. We are limited by NCAA rules prohibiting us from offering individual based financial assistance to our camps.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds will be given up to five days prior to clinic starting. After that time, an administrative fee of $50 will be assessed.
Who will make up the staff at the camps?
Camp will be run by the University of Louisville men's & women's golf coaching staffs. They will be assisted by trusted area / college coaches. Background checks are performed on all staff.
Where will camps be held?
Camps will be held at the University of Louisville Golf Club, easily accessible from I-64 and Shelbyville Rd.
What does each camper need to bring?
Campers are required to bring the following: golf attire, golf shoes, clubs, and balls. There is a strict dress code at the club - NO t-shirts or cargo shorts are permitted. We will be supplying range balls, lunch, and a gift pack. We also encourage campers NOT to bring valuables with them to camp if possible.
Does my child need spending money?
While spending money is not required, parents are encouraged to provide some money for miscellaneous extra snacks and drinks.
Does my child need a physical?
No, we do not require a physical to attend the camp. All the medical info we need is asked on the registration form.
Are there transportation services available for out-of-town campers?
There is no transportation provided.
How can I communicate with my camper in the event of an emergency?
Campers are permitted to have cell phones at camp as long as they are not out during instructional times. If you cannot reach your camper via their cell phone in an emergency, please contact TBA.
How are meals served during camp?
Lunch will be provided each day. If there is a food allergy that we need to be aware of, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
